Not gonna lie, this one scared me good. The jump scares kept getting me all night, like every time I thought I was ready... nope 😅

We went on a busy night, so I expected to be standing around forever, but the line moved quicker than I thought it would. Check-in was easy enough, and things kept moving, though I will say it kind of felt like the staff were just trying to get everyone through and not really paying much attention to us.

We probably waited around 20-25 minutes, which felt totally fair for a haunted house this popular. Once we got inside, the spacing between groups was actually really good and we weren’t constantly running into other people. Overall, I was happy with the wait time, even if we did feel a bit ignored along the way.

I just felt like I was watching real people instead of actors. The way they delivered everything made the story hit harder, and by the end I was completely into it. They were seriously so good.

I was impressed. For a haunted house, the floors and bathrooms were actually clean enough, which was nice to see. It made the whole experience feel a lot more comfortable.

The place definitely has a cool vibe, but it also felt kind of creepy inside, if that makes sense. Not necessarily bad, just a little off in spots

I had a great time and felt safe the whole time. Security was easy to spot, the lines moved in a calm, organized way, and the scares were fun without ever feeling out of control. The staff clearly knew what they were doing and handled everything really well, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the experience

So... the special effects were cool in spots. Some of the lighting and sound moments worked well, and the fog and props definitely helped set the mood.
That said, a few effects felt way too loud or got repeated enough that they stopped being scary. I didn’t have a bad time, but it also didn’t totally wow me, so 3 stars feels about right.

I used darkhourhauntedhouse.com to look up tickets and basic info, it mostly worked. But some of the text was annoyingly small, and a few buttons weren’t very clear when I tried using the keyboard. I felt kind of stupid for trusting that the site would be easy to navigate without any hassle.
I did eventually find what I needed, but it took more effort than it should have. It’s not a terrible site, but the accessibility definitely needs work, especially if they expect people to use it smoothly

I had a good time with this one. The theme was fun, and some of the creepy rooms reminded me of old haunted-house trips I used to do with friends, which made it feel even more enjoyable. The story was cool overall, though it did get a little confusing toward the end

I had a fun time and enjoyed the night, but it did feel a little short. You know when you're just getting into it and then it's already over? Still a good experience overall.

I dunno... I was expecting the decor to feel way scarier, but it just didn’t really get there for me. Some of the sets looked kind of cheap, so it was hard to feel fully into it.

Our group had a blast. It was one of those outings where everyone was laughing, then someone would bring up a random story, and we’d all get sidetracked in the best way. Super fun with friends, and yeah, I’d definitely do it again.

I went on one of those nights where you can tell right away it’s going to be packed, so I was kind of expecting to spend half the time waiting around or getting pushed through tight areas. We still managed to have a good time though, grabbed what we needed, wandered around a bit, and it never really got too stressful. There were a couple spots inside where people bunched up and it slowed down for a minute, but nothing that totally killed the mood. After thinking about it, the staff actually did a better job with the crowd than I expected, especially with keeping the lines moving and spacing people out most of the time.

I thought this would be fine for my 11-year-old, but nope. It was way more intense and scary than I expected, and I really wish the age warning had been clearer upfront. Like, just say it plainly so parents know what they’re walking into. The staff was totally fine and I’m not saying the place is bad, but it definitely wasn’t as family-friendly as we were hoping. Kind of frustrating, honestly.

The ticket price felt fair for what it was. There were some good scares, it lasted a decent amount of time, and I didn’t walk out feeling like I got ripped off or anything. I’d definitely go again.
